Of Bamboo and Toy Bricks

 

Here's one from the Wayback Machine. It was taken at Legoland Florida, of all places. They had a lovely garden area with some amazing banyan trees. There was a small bamboo grove and I liked the way the sunlight was filtering through the stalks. This was taken with the Fujifilm X20, which is really a nice size for walking around an amusement park and it takes great pictures if the light is good. I remember we all really liked Legoland a lot, although we only went there once because the next time we went to Orlando, our kids had outgrown the park even if they hadn't outgrown the toys.
