Do Not Climb

 

Last week I visited the North Carolina Museum of Art. I've lived here for 8 years and this was the first time and all I can think is, "Why the heck did I never visit this place before?!" It is truly outstanding. Like the NC Zoo, it surprised me with how excellent it is. And that's actually saying something since I've been to some nice art museums, including the Louvre, the Prado, the Art Institute of Chicago, Musée d'Orsay, etc. I really enjoyed their outdoor art which is set along 5 miles of well-manicured trails. I shot this of a giant concrete sculpture of the lower body of a woman. I thought the sign was a nice touch.
